Order Change and Cancellation Policy

1. All order information can be modified before shipment, after which time a handling fee will be charged. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be amended/cancelled.
2. All order information can be cancelled within 2 hours free of charge, $5 fee will be charged for any time over 2 hours. please email to contact customer service.
3. Custom orders cannot be returned and/or exchanged.

Return & exchange policy

ADTOTUM goal is to create stylish and versatile human wigs. And to keep our customers satisfied.
We understand that sometimes a wig may not fit the customer or may be ordered incorrectly, which is why we offer a comprehensive and fair exchange and return policy.

Below are the details:

1. Please ensure that you contact us for the first time within 14 working days of receipt. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.

2. We are pleased to offer exchanges and returns on lace wigs that have not been washed, cut, damaged or altered.
As a human hair wig is a hygienic hair product. We take the issue of hygiene and public safety seriously. Therefore, for the safety of all our customers, we do not allow the return of used items.
3. If the return is due to our responsibility, such as "product quality issues", we will provide you with a full refund and cover the shipping costs.
If the return is due to the buyer's responsibility, such as "I don't like it/want it", "I ordered it wrong", etc., we will deduct $20 from your refund for the loss of shipping and handling, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
4. Clearance wigs are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return & exchange process

Step 1
Please contact our ADTOTUM service representative by email within 14 days of receiving your wig

Please state why you wish to exchange or return your wig, and please include any applicable pictures.

Step 2
Our customer service representative will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days. (Excluding holidays) After the return/exchange request has been authorised, our customer service will send you a return and exchange address to which your product will be sent.

Step 3
Please ship the wig (with original packaging and gift) back to the address we have provided for you, please include the order number.
*We cannot accept return packages without our return authorisation.
*If the packaging and gift are missing/damaged, we will deduct $20 for the cost of the loss of the gift.
Please email us your order number and tracking number after shipping your package to [email protected].

Step 4
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, you will receive a return approval/rejection notice. Refunds will be issued within 7 days to your credit card or original payment method.


Reservation of the right to return products

We reserve the right to individually define, limit, refuse and/or reject a customer's return at any time for the following reasons.
1. Unusually excessive return history: involving worn, altered, washed, damaged or missing items
2. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
3. Incorrect items sent to us.
